I found these Twizzler Licorice wrapped individually and they are just the perfect size and color for Christmas Treat Items.
I placed one wrapped licorice into a 1" x 8" Cellophane Bag. The bags have a tab at the top that you just take off to reveal the adhesive that keeps them together. I then took the Holly Holly Tag from the Tags 4 You Stamp Set in the Holiday Catalog, and punched them out with the coordinating Label Bracket Punch. To make the green ribbons I used the banner in the Hearts a Flutter Framelit and cut it in half to create two ribbons. I placed the green ribbon on the back of my sentiment with Sticky Strip and then attached it to the top of the bag.
