More Springtime Foils Designer Series Paper

Here are two more cards made using the FREE Springtime Foil Designer Series Paper.  In the first card I left the paper as it is, without coloring it.  In the second card I used my brayer and Marina Mist ink to change the color.  Either way this paper is beautiful and you only have a few more days to get it since Sale-a-bration ends March 31st.

If you want this paper you need to have a qualifying $50 order, and then it is yours for free.  The item # for the paper is 147193 but don't forget, Sale-a-bration ends March 31st.

Springtime Foils

The Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper was added to the Sale-a-bration offerings on February 16th and has been a favorite of mine since.  You can still get your pack for FREE until the end of the month with a qualifying $50 order.  This paper is so versatile and I will post cards using this paper the rest of the week to give you some ideas on how great it is, and all of the different ways you can use it and change it to suit your card or project.

My sympathy card was made taking one of the sheets and using my Sponge Brayer and Black Archival Ink, I turned the white layer into a pretty black layer.  The silver and gold embossing really stand out and I thought this would be an appropriate background for this card.

I layered this onto a piece of Gold Foil and put this all onto my Basic Black card base.

Bubble Over Bundle

On Monday I posted the Stampin' Up! video showing you the Bubble Over Stamp Set and Bottles & Bubbles Framelits dies that will be carrying over into the new Annual Catalog in June.  Here is a card I made using the set.  I also used a piece of the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper for my layer.  This paper can still be yours for FREE until the end of the month because it is one of the Sale-a-bration products being offered during the promotion.

I used a piece of Lemon Lime Twist Card Stock for my card base and layered it with a piece of Dapper Denim Card Stock and Bubbles & Fizz DSP.  My bottles were stamped in coordinating inks, cut out with the Framelits and placed onto my layer.  I used some retired Dapper Denim ribbon for a bit more embellishment.

If you were thinking of getting these products, but would like to see a few card samples and how easy it is to put together watch the video below, made by Stampin' Up!.

Last month of Sale-a-bration

March is the last month to earn free products through Sale-a-bration.  Still on the fence on which products to get, my new favorite is the Blossoming Basket Bundle which was one of the new products added on February 16th.  Stampin' Up! made this video to show you some cute projects using these products which can be yours for free.

The Basket Weave Embossing Folder will be carried over into the new Annual Catalog in June, but if you want to get this cute stamp set that goes with it, if you spend $100 on any Stampin' Up! products you earn both for FREE.

Item# for the bundle in Wood is #147504

Clear Box Easter Treat

The Clear Tiny Treat Boxes that measure 2" x 2" x 2" are so cute for many occasions and using some retired products I made these for Easter.  I used my Fringe Scissors to wrap the "grass" all the way around the box, and placed my little bunny behind  it. The box was filled with Chocolate Easter Eggs and Bubble Gum Shaped Eggs but could be filled with many different types of candy.

Clear Boxes are #141699 and you get 16 boxes so you can make a lot of fun treats.

Moon Baby

I finally took a break from making items for my craft fairs to make a baby card for a friend.  She is expecting her little bundle of joy soon and I am happy to be able to share this exciting time with her.

For my layer I  used a piece of Designer Series Paper from the Myths &  Magic pack, because I thought the stars in the background were a perfect match for my "Moon Baby".  I stamped my baby onto Whisper White Card Stock, cut it out with a Stitched Shapes Framelit and punched out a little star (retired punch), to attach it where the stamped star was.  I also used some of the new glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes on the moon for a bit more embellishment.
