Ride With Me

The Ride With Me Bundle, includes the Ride With Me Stamp Set, and  coordinating Truck Ride Dies.  They are in the Annual Catalog, but since I am in the process of creating items for my holiday craft fairs, I knew I wanted to try them.  I made several different colors of trucks, but in all of them I added a small bag of candy corn, and since the bed of the truck is small and you can't add a lot of candy, I added three wrapped Hershey Miniatures to the bottom to make a nice base for the truck to sit on, and to add some nice extra treats.

There are cute stamps in the set that would make nice birthday and christmas cards and treats as well.

Gourd Goodness

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I thought I would post an easy Thanksgiving card.  I used some Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper for my background, stamped my two gourds, added some Burlap Ribbon and my card is done.

We are all so busy this time of year, so I like to do some quick cards, that still express my sentiments, but don't take up a lot of time.  The inside is stamped with the Happy Thanksgiving from Teeny Tiny Wishes, my go to stamp set for every occasion.

Painted Autumn

The pattern and images were so pretty that I didn't want to cover them up with a lot of layers and other designs.  So I just stamped and punched out a few leaves, tied on my ribbon, stamped my sentiment and then cut it out with a Bunch of Banners Framelits.

I love when a card comes together so quickly!

Painted Harvest

One of my favorite stamp sets in the Holiday Catalog is the Painted Harvest set.  It coordinates with the Leaf Punch and the two can be purchased together in a bundle to save you 10%.  You can try so many different color combinations for your flower, and because it is a two-step stamp set you get really natural looking images.

The color combination I used for my flowers was So Saffron and Crushed Curry.  I stamped the fuller image first in So Saffron, and then filled it in with the more detailed image using Crush Curry, and the center of the flowers were stamped with Early Espresso and Sahara Sand ink.  My leaves were stamped in Pear Pizzazz and Crumb Cake, and the sentiment was punched out with the new Everyday Label Punch and then sponged with Crushed Curry ink and placed onto my card using Dimensionals. I also doubled up some 1/4" Copper Trim to add under my sentiment.

Wood Crate Thanksgiving Favors

The Wood Crate Framelits are just the perfect size for my Thanksgiving favors.  As soon as I saw the Fall candy arrive at my grocery store I knew I wanted to get started on my holiday craft fair items, and when I received my Wood Crate Framelits in June I knew I wanted to use them for Thanksgiving favors.  I filled them with pumpkin candy and hershey miniatures, added a retired sentiment to the front of the crate, and placed them into a clear cello bag.

The crates are really easy to make, and since I am using them for a fall favor I used the Wood Texture Designer Series Paper to make them.  The designs on the paper make my crates look authentic, and are just what I was looking for.  I put the crates together using Fast Fuse Adhesive for strong hold.
