Bubble Over Bundle

On Monday I posted the Stampin' Up! video showing you the Bubble Over Stamp Set and Bottles & Bubbles Framelits dies that will be carrying over into the new Annual Catalog in June.  Here is a card I made using the set.  I also used a piece of the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper for my layer.  This paper can still be yours for FREE until the end of the month because it is one of the Sale-a-bration products being offered during the promotion.  



I used a piece of Lemon Lime Twist Card Stock for my card base and layered it with a piece of Dapper Denim Card Stock and Bubbles & Fizz DSP.  My bottles were stamped in coordinating inks, cut out with the Framelits and placed onto my layer.  I used some retired Dapper Denim ribbon for a bit more embellishment.

Cool Treats

The Cool Treats Stamp Set and coordinating Frozen Treats Framelits Dies can be purchased in a bundle to save you 10%.  A cute set just in time for those spring and summer birthdays and occasions.


A few tips for making this card.  To attach the sprinkle emellishments I took my Fine Tip Glue Pen and added a thin layer to the stamped scoop of ice cream.  I then added a few of the sprinkles and let them dry.  Not only does the glue give you the strong adhesive hold you want, but it also makes the cone look wet and shiny.  In addition, since the stamp set is a photopolymer it was easy to line up the waffle design on my ice cream cone.  I first stamped the full cone using Crumb Cake Ink and then stamped the waffle design on top using Early Espresso Ink.

Cookie Cutter Christmas



The Cookie Cutter Stamp Set and coordinating Punch can be purchased together in a bundle to save you 10%.  I used both for today's card.

My card base of Whisper White Card Stock was layered with a piece of Real Red Card Stock and Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper.  I embossed the Real Red layer with the Softly Falling Enbossing Folder and added a piece of Emerald Envy Silky Taffeta Ribbon.

I stamped my Santa using Memento Black Ink and colored him in with my markers.  He was punched out and then placed onto a Layer Framelit using Dimensionals.

Enjoy your Day!



I'm trying to get the most out of these last few weeks of nice weather and the Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper is still one of my favorites for bright, sunny cards.

Adding a few different layers and coordinating paper creates a nice colorful background for your sentiment.  Your layers don't always have to be centered, and mixing and matching shapes also creates more texture and dimension for a different look.
