Craft Fair Tomorrow

I won't have time to post a project today because I am busy finalizing everything for my biggest craft fair of the year.  I will be at the Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA from 9 am - 3 pm tomorrow, November 1st. If you live in the area I would love for you to stop by.  I will have two tables filled with holiday items to purchase.  Thanksgiving favors and treats, Christmas stocking stuffers, cards, gift tags, boxes, bows, decorations, and so much more.  I will try to post a picture of my set up later, and be back on Monday with another project.

Thanksgiving Favors

The Curvy Keepsake Box is so perfect for making my Thanksgiving Favors.  Both my pumpkin and turkey were made with this Thinlit Die, and with a little bit of imagination the possibilities are endless with this product.

My pumpkin was also embossed with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder to give it more texture, and the leaves on both the pumpkin and turkey were cut with the Autumn Accents Bigz Die.  A variety of punches were used to create my turkey's face and are listed below.   I filled the pumpkin with little pumpkin spice drops and the turkey is filled with candy corn.

For my "Give Thanks" tag I used the Good Greetings Stamp Set.  You still have a few more days to earn this set for FREE.  Host a $300 workshop by the end of this month and it will automatically be added to your order, in your choice of wood or clear mount.  Do your Christmas shopping early and treat yourself to this great set.

Get Your Santa On

I think the Santa in the Get Your Santa On stamp set is really cute not just for children's cards, but for the little kid in all of us at the holidays.  The set has some great sentiments too.

I embossed my card layer with the Lucky Star Embossing Folder, getting my inspiration right from the Holiday Catalog. For a bit more color I added a piece of Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper behind my stamped images and colored Santa's suit was colored in with a Real Red Marker.

Sweet Stuff

I thought the saying from the Something to Say Stamp Set went really well with my mini cupcakes.  I used my Melon Mambo Blendabilities to color in my cupcakes and the colors went nicely with the Sweet Taffy Designer Series Paper.

I added some Pink Pirouette 1/2" Seam Binding under my layer and also decorated the cupcakes with Silver Sparkle Dazzling Details.  Yummy!

Boys Will Be Boys

I thought the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder was just the right background to select for my little boy birthday card.  If you wanted to personalize it a bit more you could use one of the alphabet/number stamp sets and add the age to one of the stars.  That is what one of the ladies at my montyly stamp class did.  She needed a card for a 1 year old boy so she added the #1 from the Metro Type Alphabet Set, which also includes numbers.

I also added some Pear Pizzazz 3/4" Chevron Ribbon under my stamped and cut banner, and cut the smallest Star Framelit using a piece of Pear Pizzazz Designer Series Paper.
