Darling Donkeys

The Darling Donkeys cling stamp set (#155264) can be yours for free during Sale-a-bration.  I used mine to create a fun Valentine's Card.  Using the new Blending Brushes (#153611) to create my shaded background, I cut the donkey out, sorry no die for this cute guy, and placed him onto my card.  The Designer Series Paper I used for an added layer and pop of color is another free product.  The Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper (#155222) is from the Sale-a-bration catalog as well.

During Sale-a-bration for every $50 you spend on products in the Clearance Rack, Mini or Annual Catalog you get to select one free product from the Sale-a-bration catalog.

You can click the link in the upper left hand column of my blog to take you to my online store to place an order, or browse through the catalogs.  If you do not have a current relationship with another Stampin' Up! demonstrator and you would like your own hard copy of the new catalogs, leave a comment below or send me an e-mail.

Dino Days Valentine

Another set from the Annual Catalog that makes a nice children's Valentine Card is Dino Days.  I combined that with the new paper in the mini catalog to create the above card.

The sentiment worked great too, and I like when I can combine sets that I already have with new product to get the most out of my supplies.

Wildly Happy Valentine

I used the Wildly Happy Stamp Set from the Annual Catalog, and paired it up with sentiments and paper from the new mini catalog for today's Valentine Card.  I like to use sets I already have and incorporate them into my new products, and I remind my stampers not to forget their prior purchases when we are so excited to create with our new things.

I  used my Smoky Slate Blends to give my pandas a bit more color, and also sponged some Real Red ink around my punched sentiment to make it stand out a bit more on the background paper of hearts.  I went with a Basic Black card base as well, changing things up a bit from the standard red or pink valentine cards.

Heartfelt

It's time to start making your Valentine Cards.  I will be preparing cards all week for the ladies who come to my stamp classes, combining my new stamps and accessories from the occasions catalog, as well as using products from the Annual Catalog.

Here is the first card.

Using a piece of From My Heart Designer Series Paper for my background, I added coordinating layers of card stock, added my sentiment, some new red ribbon, and a Heart Doily.  So easy to make when your products coordinate, and with the From My Heart Suite Bundle that is now available, you have everything you need with just one product number.  Purchasing this bundle will also qualify you for one FREE Sale-a-bration products.

Heartfelt

The new mini catalog goes live today, and if you are looking for an easy way to make some Valentine treats the From My Heart Suite Bundle has it all.

I made these little treats using the Heart Foil Tins, Heart Doilies, and the Heartfelt Stamp Set and one of the coordinating punches.  The tin fit 4 Lindt Chocolate Truffles and it can be used again after the candy is taken and makes a nice little container.

If you don't want all of the products in the Suite, you can purchase the stamp set and punches together in a bundle to save you 10%.

Don't forget that during Sale-a-bration once your order reaches $50 you can select one free product from the Sale-a-bration catalog.

Not all of the products in the suite were used, but the numbers for the products are listed below for your convenience.

Easy Valentine Treats

I used the new Hey Love stamp set to make some easy Valentine Treats.  I think the animal images and cute sayings are perfect for these M & M treats.

I cut some circles to go behind my images to add a bit more embellishment, but in no time these treats are finished, and ready to be handed out for Valentine's Day.

Baby Bear Valentine

Don't forget that there are several stamp sets in your Annual Catalog that can also be used for Valentine Cards.  The Baby Bear set is the one I used to make Valentine Cards for my two youngest grandsons.  They love bears and I think they will like this card as well.

The Designer Series Paper I used as my layer can be yours for FREE.  It is one of the patterns in the Free Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper packs that you can select during Sale-a-bration if you place an order of at least $50 before shipping and tax.  That paper  has so many cute designs for many occasions, and even better when it is free.

The additional hearts I stamped and cut are from the Heart Happiness Stamp Set in the Occasions Catalog, and cut out with the Sweet & Sassy Framelit Dies.  The Be Mine Valentine sentiment in the center of the white heart is from a set that was in a past Paper Pumpkin Kit.

More than Chocolate!

Since chocolate seems to be a nice Valentine gift, I thought the More than Chocolate stamp set would be an appropriate set to use for my Valentine card.  The heart looks like a box of chocolates all wrapped up ready to give to that special someone.

The inside sentiment is appropriate too!

In addition to stamping my chocolates onto my heart, I embossed my Real Red Card Stock layer with the Sweetheart Embossing Folder and added my "I Love You" sentiment which is from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set.
