Daisy Lane

The Daisy Lane Stamp Set has two punches that coordinate with it.  The larger Daisy Punch that was in the catalog last year, that I used on today's card,  and the new Medium Daisy Punch that is in the new catalog.  For my card I used two of the new In-Colors to show how well they coordinate,  along with some new ribbon as well.

The stamped daisies on my card front were stamped in Versa Mark Ink.  When you stamp Versa Mark Ink on a dark colored card stock, the color shows up nicely if you are looking for a light background.

Stamp Sets added to the Clearance Rack - June 26 while supplies last!

Tomorrow, June 26, at 12:01 AM (MT) which would be 2 AM Eastern Time for most of my customers, for the first time ever, Stampin' Up! is  putting stamp sets on the Clearance Rack! This is not something they  have done in the past—and they don’t know if they will do it again, so check out the link below to see what stamp sets you can purchase at a discount while supplies last.  You can see the list here.  Once the stamp sets are added you will see their pictures at my Online Store by going to the Clearance Rack tab.

You can easily get to my online store by clicking the shopping cart in the left hand column of my blog.  Remember, all Clearance Rack items are while supplies last.

To a Wild Rose

The beautiful "To a Wild Rose" stamp set can be bundled together with the coordinating Wild Rose Dies to save you 10%.  I used them both on today's card.

I stamped my flower and leaves with ink that coordinated with the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper that I used as a layer for my card.  The colors were Blueberry Bushel, Balmy Blue, Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow.  I love how bringing together coordinating colors really makes your card stand out, and with the colors listed on the back of the Designer Series Paper, it is really easy to design your card.

Floral Essence

The Floral Essence Stamp Set coordinates with the Perennial Flower Punch and can be purchased in a bundle to save you 10%.  In addition, the leaf in the stamp set coordinates with the Leaf Punch that is a carry over punch from the last Annual Catalog, and I used it today for my card.  It isn't noted in the catalog, so just wanted to point that out in case you purchased the set.

I didn't use the Perennial Flower Punch for my card below, but when you do use it, you just stamp two of the flowers in the stamp set and put them together to make one larger flower.

Above the Clouds

Another fun new bundle in the annual catalog is called Above the Clouds.  It comes with a 19 piece photopolymer stamp set and matching Hot Air Balloon Punch.  I love when new punches are introduced in the catalog, since they are easy to transport to a class, or take with you if you want to stamp away from home.  No cutting machine needed, just a little bit of creativity.

I paired this bundle up with a piece of Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper, since I thought the birds flying in the background went well with my hot air balloons.  I stamped the balloons using Memento Black Ink, and colored them in using my Stampin' Blends.  I attached them onto my Whisper White layer using dimensionals,  and added my sentiment to finish the card.
