Bottled Happiness

The Bottled Happiness Stamp Set and coordinating Vintage Bottle Punch can be purchased together in a bundle to save you 10%.  It is just one of the many new products in the Annual Catalog.

My card base is Petal Pink card stock that I layered with a soon to be retiring piece of Heart & Home Designer Series Paper.  The mini catalog runs until June 30th, and if the products are not carrying over into the new Annual Catalog they are now while supplies last.

To create my layer, I took a small piece of Crumb Cake Card Stock and stamped the Stacked Stone in Early Espresso Ink.  Next I punched my Vintage Bottle through my Whisper White Card Stock layer.  I added some Effervescent Elements to my bottle before I adhered it to another piece of Whisper White Card Stock that is behind it.  My flowers are stamped in Peta Pink and Pearl Pizzaz ink and I also added some Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels to some of the flowers.

To finish my card I stamped my sentiment from the Days to Remember Stamp Set, tied it onto my bottle with Linen Thread and adhered it to the card using glue dots and dimensionals.

You can see all of these items at my Online Store, and if you do not have an existing relationship with another Stampin' Up! Demonstrator you can leave a comment below, or e-mail me, and I will be happy to send a catalog to you.

Hey Girlfriend

I just made this card for my girlfriend.  I knew I wanted to purchase the set because I love sending cards to all of my girlfriends, and the images in this set are so cute.

To brighten up the background I used layers of Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper, and added some of the Pastel Pearls for more bling.

My Stampin' Blends were used to color in the images, and a Stitched Rectangle Die cut it out.  Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon was tied around the layer to finish the card.

If you want to purchase any of these products you can go to my online store by clicking the link in the upper left hand column of my blog.

Lovely Lily Pad

Most of the products used for today's card were made using FREE products that I earned during Sale-a-bration.  The Designer Series Paper is called Lily Impressions , the Stamp Set, Lovely Lily Pad, and the Lily Pad Dies are all Sale-a-bration products.

I used Bermuda Bay Card Stock for my card base and a layer of Grapefruit Grove under my DSP.  To get my lily impression, I first cut it out with Whisper White Card Stock, stamped the detailed flower using Grapefruit Grove Ink, and then then turned the stamp around to the smooth side.  Next I inked that side of the stamp, stamped it off once onto a piece of scrap paper, and then stamped it over my detailed flower I stamped previously.

Usually I don't die cut first, but for this stamp it seemed to work better.  I also stamped off my ink when I used the flat side of the flower so my ink would be lighter so you could see the details of the flower better.

My sentiment is from the Painted Glass Stamp Set #148220, and I punched this out using my Tailored Tag Punch #145667.

A Good Man

If you are looking for a good stamp set for masculine cards, the "A Good Man" set is perfect.  You can make birthday, father's day, retirement, thank you and many more cards that will be great for the men in your life.

I made this for a birthday card, but I think it would also make a great retirement card as well.  I started with a card base of Whisper White Card Stock where I stamped my background image.  I used the Waterfront Set and Balmy Blue, Old Olive and Crumb Cake Ink to create it.

Next I cut out my frame using the Stitched Rectangle Dies, added my relaxing man and my sentiment and placed all of this over my background.

Good Morning Magnolia

The Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Set and coordinating Magnolia Memory Dies can be purchased together in a bundle to save you 10%.  They were both used on today's card.

In addition, there are several other products that coordinate with the stamp set and dies, and you can see the whole Magnolia Lane Suite on pages 36-37 of the Annual Catalog.

I used a piece of Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper for my card layer, and stamped my flowers with Memento Black Ink and colored them in using my Stampin' Blends.  I stamped and cut out some leaves, added them to my card along with my sentiment which was cut out with a Stitched Nestles Labels Die, added some coordinating ribbon and my birthday card is finished.

Sailing Home

One of my favorite stamp sets in the new catalog is the Sailing Home Set.  It also comes in a suite with a lot of coordinating products.  All of the products can be found on page 145 of the catalog.

For my card today, I only used the stamp set and coordinating dies which can be purchased together to save you 10%.

This is not an original design of mine, but I don't have the name of the demonstrator who made one like this, so if it is your original design please comment below so I can give you proper credit.  I just changed a few things to make it a bit easier for the ladies to make at my stamp class this month.

The background is one of the stamps in the Bokeh Dots stamp set, and I stamped it using the new Seaside Spray Ink.  I stamped my light house using Memento Black Ink, and used my Dark Real Red  Dark Crumb Cake Blends to color it in, and I placed it onto my card using Dimensionals.   I then added a few birds,  my birthday sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthdays set which I cut it out using a Lakeside Die and my card is finished.

Sale-a-bration Hello Cupcake and coming soon More Than Words Stamp Set

As a demonstrator, I was able to preorder the new Sale-a-bration coordinating products that will be available for everyone on March 1st.  The card I made below, shows the current Hello Cupcake Stamp Set, which is one of your Sale-a-bration options, and the new More Than Words Photopolymer Stamp Set which will be available March 1st.  The sentiment in the stamp set paired perfectly for this card, and if you want even more coordination, there will also be Call Me Cupcake Thinlit Dies available on March 1st as well.

The colors used in my card are Calypso Coral and Coastal Cabana.  I liked this color combination, and by adding a piece of Coastal Cabana/Granny Apple Green 3/8" Reversible Ribbon I also got in a pop of that pretty Granny Apple Green.   I love when products coordinate, and Stampin' Up! always comes up with such new ideas to help make that coordination so much easier.
Stamp Set available March 1st
