If you have some pretty Designer Series Paper and a few punches, you can make a card in a short amount of time. I always like to have a few simple designs on hand for my stamp class, and I really love my Floral District Designer Paper for such a card.
My card base is Lucky Limeade Cardstock, and my 1 1/4 " circle punch was used to punch out my paper. In addition, I added two 1" circles with stamped images, and a few small punched flowers decorated with pearls for extra embellishment. My Happiest Birthday sentiment was cut out by hand and placed on with dimensionals.
