More Stocking Stuffers

Closed Sticky Note Booklet

Opened booklet with Sticky Notes on the right, and additional piece of plain cardstock on the left.

Another design, using the same measurements, just decorated differently!

You might think I am crazy getting things done for Christmas, but it will be here before you know it.  Not only do I want to finish what I will be doing for my own personal gift giving, but also for all of my craft fairs.  One thing I like to concentrate on first is the stocking stuffers.  That seems to be the hardest gift for me to buy and at the same time, one of the best sellers at craft fairs.  Today I am working on sticky note booklets.

To make my booklet, I first took the measurements of my sticky note pack.  It measured  3" x 3", therefore, I cut my cardstock to measure 7" x 3 1/2" and scored at 3 1/4" x 3 3/4".  Now, you also have to take into consideration the depth of your sticky note pack.  If it is really thick, you might want to add more to your longer measurement.  I then added a piece of Designer Series Paper to the front which was cut to measure 3 x 3 1/4", and added some further embellishments to decorate it.  I cut an additional piece of plain cardstock for the inside to leave an extra space for someone to write additional notes or messages.  I then placed my sticky note pack onto my inner cardstock using Sticky Strip.

Last year when I made some I added ribbon and tied them closed.  This year I am leaving them open because I think they are easier to use that way.  Great teacher and co-worker gifts!

Hello Eileen!

I really appreciate the dimensions that you include with the stocking stuffers. I can't wait to try my hand at these stocking stuffers that you have designed. Thank you for sharing. ~Anne
