Happy Birthday with a cherry on top!

The Button Buddies stamp set had the perfect stamp to go with my birthday sentiment that I used for today's card.

My card base is Gumball Green cardstock, with a layer of Whisper White that was embossed with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  I cut my larger Labels Collections Framelit using Gumball Green cardstock,  and then stamped my image onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock and cut that out with a smaller framelit. I usually stamp my image first, because then I can just line it up inside the framelit I want to use and cut it out.  That makes it easier than trying to get your image stamped just right inside the already cut framelit.

For the cherries I punched two 3/4" circles using Red Glimmer paper for a little extra sparkle.  I just stamped my sentiment onto another piece of Whisper White cardstock and then cut it out with my Paper Snips to get the shape and size I wanted.  I placed this onto the card with dimensionals.

If you like using Glimmer Paper, in addition to the Red and Silver in the annual catalog, you can now purchase Champagne Glimmer Paper in the Holiday Mini Catalog.
