I thought the Best Year Ever Designer Series Paper (free during Sale-a-bration), was the perfect background for my "Birthday Hot Air Balloon" card, and the addition of some 2013-25 In Color Sequins was a nice embellishment to go with the design.
To make the balloon I cut four balloon framelits, placed one flat on the layer, scored the other three in half and layered them together. I stamped my basket before placing my balloons, and added some Calypso Coral Pompom Trim for my tail.
