The flowers I stamped today are from the "I Like You" Hostess Stamp Set.  I originally planned to color them in with my Blendabilities, but wanted to show the ladies at this month's stamp class that if you don't have the Blendabilities your can use your ink pad and Blender Pens to also do some shading and coloring.

I stamped my images onto a cut Top Note Bigz Die first with Black Memento Ink, and then used Pool Party, Soft Sky and Pear Pizzazz Ink to color the flowers.  I added a few small pearls to my flowers and tied a small Soft Sky bow for a bit more embellishment.  I also added a layer of Wild Wasabi Card Stock and a piece of Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper for more dimension.

Blender Pens are really easy to use.  They are filled with a specialized solution for easy blending and you can use them on Water Color Paper or Card Stock and any of your Classic Ink Colors.  You can either use a few drops of your ink refill, but I usually press my closed ink pad a few times to get some ink in the lid.  I then just dip my Blender Pen in the ink and color it onto my paper.
