I like to use the materials I already had cut out for my classes and make a different card with the leftover product. I took my Best Year Ever Designer Series Paper and turned it to the other side an since it already coordinated with my cut card stock layers I just needed to change the images I stamped.
After I stamped my gramophone in Soft Suede Ink I stamped my sentiment onto another piece of Whisper White Card Stock and cut it out and placed it on with Dimensionals. I added some 7/8" Cotton Ribbon to finish my card.
Once you find a layout you like it is easy to cut all your materials at one time and you can just change a few things such as your stamps and embellishments to have a nice supply of cards on hand. I always try to make at least two cards at a time because when you cut your 8 1/2" x 11" Card Stock in half you already have the base for two cards. Just cut all of your layers at the same time and make a second card and save for another time.
