Mother's Day Embossing

I love how easy it is to emboss a Doily.  Just sponge it with Versa Mark Ink and sprinkle on your favorite embossing powder and heat and you have a very colorful doily to accent your card or project.  A lot of the embossing powders are retiring soon, so if you like this look better grab some soon.  If this looks a bit familiar, I made a very similar card for my March stamp class using Gold Embossing Powder with different sentiments, but wanted to show how pretty the different colors are.

My card base is Bermuda Bay Card Stock with a layer of Crumb Cake and Whisper White.  I embossed my doily using Wild Wasabi Embossing Powder after I inked it with Versa Mark Ink.  I cut out a circle using a Circle Framelit and stamped my flower with Wild Wasabi Ink and colored some of the small buds with my Blender Pen and Bermuda Bay Ink.  A few small flowers and my sentiment cut out with a Bitty Banner Framelit finished my card.

The following were used:
Card Stock: Bermuda Bay #131197, Crumb Cake #120953, Whisper White #100730
