The large Hardwood Single Stamp which you can purchase in either wood or clear mount, creates a nice background for your card. It is just the right size for your layer.
My card base is Baked Brown Sugar Card Stock with a layer of Very Vanilla that I stamped with my Hardwood Stamp using Baked Brown Sugar Ink. I added a piece of Raspberry Ripple 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon along with some stamped and punched butterflies. I also sponged some Raspberry Ripple Ink around my sentiment which was cut out using a Deco Labels Framelit.
