Blooms & Wishes

When I saw the card sample posted in the Annual Catalog using the Blooms &  Wishes Stamp Set I knew I wanted to purchase it.  The card I made above was inspired by the sample in the catalog.  I used different colors and papers, but the design credit goes to Stampin' Up!

My card base is Sweet Sugarplum Card Stock that I layered with a piece of Blooms & Bliss Designer Series Paper.  I added another layer of Whisper White that was stamped with my flowers and leaves.  I cut an oval out of the white layer and then cut another oval using another piece of Sweet Sugarplum Card Stock to stamp my sentiment using Versa Mark Ink.  I heat embossed it with White Embossing Powder.  I placed a piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive on top of my layer and added my ribbon that I scrunched up using my fingers.  Some retired Candy Dots finished the card.
