When I went to a Stampin' Up! Regional Event in Baltimore before the Occasions Catalog launched, I got to create with some of the new materials. We didn't make the whole card, just the layer but now that I got my stamps, ribbon, and framelits we will be making this card in my February Class. I just added some Mint Macaron Card Stock for my card base and placed on the layer we made. The credit for the design goes to the Stampin' Up! team that ran the event.
The layer was created with a piece of It's My Party Designer Series Paper. This pack comes with 48 sheets: 4 each of 12 double sided 12 x 12 designs. I then tied on some of the new Baker's Twine from the Combo Pack. My birthday was stamped with Mint Macaron ink, the cupcakes in Crushed Curry, and the balloon with Melon Mambo. I used the Party Punch Pack to punch out my candle, balloon and cupcakes and placed all of this onto my layer.

You can also purchase the It's My Party Card Stock Pack that comes with 8 sheets each of Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, and Mint Macaron. These are the colors that coordinated with the It's My Party Paper Stack.
