Always Elegant

I saw this card designed by another demonstrator a few weeks back and finally made my own.  If it is your design, please let me know so I can give you credit.

The card was made using Soft Suede cardstock followed by a layer of Whisper White that was embossed with the Framed Tulips embossing folder.  Before I placed the Whisper White layer on I scrunched up some Crumb Cake Seam Binding, and then added a tied bow of Baja Breeze seam binding.  I used sticky strip to keep the seam binding in place, and it makes it really easy to create the ruffled look.  A few pearls were added for extra embellishment.  On the original card that I saw an Antique Brad was added to the middle of the Baja Breeze ribbon instead of the bow.

When you find a design that you like, you can add your own touch of creativity by adding different embellishments, and using your favorite color combinations.  But, it sure does help to have so many talented stampers out there that share their ideas.

For today's card I used the following:
Cardstock:  Soft Suede #115318, Whisper White #100730
Ink:  Soft Suede #115657
Stamp Set:  Always Elegant #116976 wood or #120477 clear
Ribbon:  Crumb Cake Seam Binding #122332, Baja Breeze Seam Binding #122331
Accessories:  Sticky Strip #104294, Big Shot #113439, Framed Tulips Embossing Folder #121809
Embellishment:  Pearls #119247
