If you want your sentiment to stand out, stamp it onto your card stock, cut it out using one of your favorite Framelits, and layer it onto another piece of card stock and Designer Series Paper that was also cut out with a framelit and placed on for layering. Add a few stars and a some Candy Dots and you have a birthday card that can be sent to anyone.
