My card base is Whisper White Card Stock that I layered with a piece of Daffodil Delight Card Stock and Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper. I stamped my bunny onto another piece of Whisper White and punched it out with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I added another small strip of Gingham Garden DSP to the tag and then tied some Daffodil Delight 1/2" Seam Binding and Whisper White Baker's Twine to the top. I placed the tag on with dimensionals to make it stand out a bit more.
