An easy way to decorate a plain gift bag (which I purchased at a local craft store) is to use the die-cut bows in the Pretty Presents Designer Bows pack. You get 10 bows, 5 each in 2 sizes in 2 double-sided designs. The bows used for these bags are the smaller bows. The only additional embellishment I added to the bows is the pearl I placed in the center.
I decorated the bag a bit more using a small wreath from a retired Christmas Set. The large tag used to tie the ribbon to the top of the bag is from a Holiday Single Stamp called Be Merry which is a Clear Mount Stamp. The tag is a bit larger than the Coordinating Chalk Talk Framelit and I wanted the whole image to show so I cut it out instead.
With just a little bit of punching and simple additions you could also turn these bows into angels.
