F is for Friend

 

Well this card was an experiment.  I tried working with a few new products and stamp sets, and some products I haven't used in a while, and this is what I came up with.

 

I started by first using my Simply Scored Diagonal Plate and scored a few lines on the card.  I haven't used this in awhile and wanted to have it out for my monthly stamp class.  Next, I looked at some of my new stamps and saw that the Friend from the Amazing Family Stamp Set went well with an older set of mine called Occasions Alphabet. 

 

I also took one of the precut flowers from the Pop-Up Posies Designer Kit, sponged it with some Wisteria Winder Ink, cut a few slits and placed it onto my punched flower with a 3/8" Designer Printed Brad.  I stamped my large Friend onto the card a few times, and then added the My F is for Friend stamped image which was cut out with a Hearts a Flutter Framelit, sponged with Tangerine Tango Ink and then placed onto the card with Dimensionals.
