Ok, I finally have time to post the dimensions for making the tissue pack holders. My tissue packet measures 4 1/4" x 2" and I think they are pretty standard, but just measure yours to make sure and adjust your dimensions if your packet has different dimensions.
I first cut my Cherry Cobbler Cardstock to measure 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" and scored it at 2 1/4" and 3 1/4". To decorate it I cut two pieces of my Designer Paper to measure 2" x 4" and placed one piece on the front and one on the back. You can decorate it how ever you wish. To secure my tissue paper pack I placed Sticky Strip on the back of the pack and adhered it to the inside cardstock. My strip of Gumball Green cardstock that was used to hold it closed measured 2 1/4" x 3/4" and I adhered the back with more Sticky Strip, and used velcro for the front.
They are really easy to make, and I think they make great stocking stuffers.

Another great idea. This is a super way to use up the small pieces of designer paper.
I am totally hooked on these for Christmas gifts, I have made 15 already, just love it. Thanks so much for the idea.
