Paper Daisies Get Well Card

Paper Daisies are delicate paper flowers that you can use as is, dye, stamp, accent, or layer.  You get 40 daisies, 10 each of 4 sizes.  They add a nice embellishment to your card or project, and I used the second largest size for today's card.

My card base is Crumb Cake card stock that was stamped with Primrose Petals ink and flowers from the Bordering on Romance Stamp Set.  My layer is a piece of Early Espress Core'dinations Card Stock that was embossed with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder and then sanded using a Sanding Block to create my distressed look.  I added a plain Paper Daisy and two additional 1 1/4" Scallop Circle punched pieces of Primrose Petal Card Stock for my flower, and added a brad to the center.  My Get Well Soon wishes were also punched out with the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle, a great new punch in the Holiday Mini Catalog.
