Hello Baby!

The layout for today's card was inspired by a really cute baby box made by Stampin' Up demonstrator Summer Stone.  I saw her baby box in the May issue of Stampin' Success and I knew that with just a few changes it would make a really cute baby card.

I started with Early Espresso cardstock, and cut circles in Pretty in Pink, Crumb Cake, and Pear Pizzazz using the 3/4" circle punch.  A small strip of Pear Pizzazz was added to the top.  My stamped teddy bear was placed on Whisper White cardstock and punched with the large tag punch, and a piece of Early Espresso cardstock was punched with the extra-large tag punch.  The pieces of Pretty in Pink and Pear Pizzazz used behind the bear were run through my Big Shot Machine and embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots folder. I used crystal effects on the bear's shirt to give it a shiny look.

I think this is a layout I will use quite often.  Just change the stamped image in the center, change up your color combinations, and use the right sentiment for your occasion and you have a design that would look so nice for a variety of reasons.
