Using a Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet when cutting out the Thinlit makes it really easy to adhere to the card. These sheets are a must for me when I am cutting out these thin pieces. You put them right onto the card stock or paper that you are cutting, and then just peel the back sheet off and place on your card or project.
The Burlap stamp comes in both wood and clear. Usually I will purchase the clear sets when both are offered, but when buying the large single stamps I do go with the wood because I think they offer a sturdier base when stamping. That is just a personal choice, so when purchasing you can save money by buying the clear, or go with the wood if you find it easier for you. If you do use the large stamps in clear I would recommend stamping on a firm surface or use the Stampin' Pierce Mat to give you even pressure.
