A few quick punches with my Banner Punch is all it took to make my birthday banner. The Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack has really cute designs and it was used for both my banners and my layer. The paper also coordinates with the Cherry on Tape Washi Tape, making it really easy to have it all go together.
My card base of Pool Party Card Stock was embossed with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder before I placed on my layers. I also added a piece of Bermuda Bay Card Stock to the layer to give it a pop more color. My Bermuda Bay marker was also used to draw a line to connect each banner piece to give it the look of string, and my sentiment from the Age Awareness Stamp set was stamped with Bermuda Bay Ink.
