I just found out that my friend's son and his wife are having a boy! It is her first grandchild, and I am so happy for all of them, and made this card to say congratulations!
My card base is Marina Mist Card Stock, with a layer of Soft Suede Designer Series Paper. I then added my image which I stamped onto Watercolor Paper, and used blender pens and ink to color it in. Some Marina Mist 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon was added at the bottom for extra embellishment.
This is a really nice stamp set to watercolor. You can use either a Blender Pen or an Aqua Painter to add you ink, and the watercolor paper absorbs water to keep the paper flat for a great look.
