Well, I had some left over lollipops that I used for some Valentine Projects, and thought I could dress them up for a cute Birthday Treat. They would be great as birthday favors or to attach to a gift. Easy to make, and so colorful to look at.
To make the treats I used a variety of Stampin' Up! Cardstock, the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch, and the 1 1/4" and 1" Circle Punch. The It's Your Birthday sentiment is from the "A Fitting Occasion Stamp Set". I attached the layered pieces to my lollipop with Sticky Strip and placed them into a piece of styrofoam to form my garden of lollipops.

Ink: Real Red #126949
Adhesive: Sticky Strip #104294
