Autumn Accents Bigz Die leaves make a nice accent for a Fall birthday card, and with the addition of the Woodgrain Embossing Folder on Early Espresso Core'dinations Card Stock you get a nice background to go with them.
My card base is Early Espresso Card Stock which I layered with a piece of the Core'dinations Card Stock that I sanded to get the distressed look. I cut my leaves with the Autumn Accents Bigz Die with fall colors, tied on my ribbon, and added my sentiment.
