Christmas Lodge

I played around with the layering on these two cards.  Still not sure which I like better, but I think I am leaning towards the one on the right with the Cherry Cobbler base and the Very Vanilla matte layer.  Would like your input on which one you prefer.

To get the look of snow on the house and ground I took Crystal Effects and covered the areas I wanted to appear snow covered and then sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds on top.  It leaves a nice fine layer and once it dried I adhered it to my Die Cut Oval.  I also embossed my first layer with the Snow Burst embossing folder and added some Cherry Cobbler 3/8" Quilted Satin Ribbon to dress it up.
