Peekaboo Frames for Halloween

The Peekaboo Die Cut Frames featured in the Holiday Mini Catalog are not only great for making an Advent Calendar, but are great for adding a cute window or frame to any card or project.

To make my card I started with Basic Black Cardstock and a piece of Frightful Sight Designer Series Paper which were embossed with the Spider Web Embossing Folder.  I stamped my Happy Halloween and cut it out to fit the die cut frame, which was also embossed with the Spider Web folder.  I added the extra BOO which is from Spooky Bingo Bits, another great Halloween Stamp Set containing 24 Halloween images. Because the inside of the card was too dark to add a written message, I added a piece of Whisper White cardstock stamped with the candelabra to add some more spooky elements.

To adhere my frame to the front of the card I added a piece of Sticky Strip to the top, and used my 2-Way Glue Pen for the sides and bottom.

For today's card I used the following:
Cardstock:  Basic Black #121045, Whisper White #100730
Designer Series Paper:  Frightful Sight #122351
Ink:  Basic Black #101179
Stamp Sets:  Dark & Dreary #120837 wood or #121151 clear, Spooky Bingo Bits #123944 wood or #123946 clear
Accessories:  Big Shot #113439, Spider Web Embossing Folder #120889, Peekaboo Frames #124587 (Holiday Mini)
Punch:  Corner #119871
Adhesive:  Sticky Strip #104294, 2-Way Glue Pen #100425, Snail #104332
