Framed Bold Blossom

If today's card looks a little familiar, it might be because I used the same embossing folder and cardstock for my focal point.   I just love when I find an accessory that makes card making not only so easy, but really pretty as well!

Pink Pirouette cardstock was embossed with the Framed Tulips embossing folder, and the layer inside is a piece of Old Olive cardstock with rounded edges.  The flower is from the  Bold Blossoms stamp set from the Summer Mini catalog.  I stamped the large stem in Old Olive ink, and then used a piece of the Pink Pirouette DSP from the Subtles Paper Stack and  the new Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch and Image 3 of the punch for my flower.  This image gives you two cut pieces - the large outer piece, and the inner flower that I placed on with dimensionals.  I added a large pearl to the center of the flower, and finished the card with Pretty in Pink satin ribbon.  I did not add a sentiment at this time, because this card can be used for so many different occasions.

Oh, it is so much fun playing with new stamps and punches from the Summer Mini Catalog.  Let me know if you would like your own copy, or you can see it by clicking on the catalog in the left column of my blog.
